Trava Health offers face-to-face appointments as well as national telehealth consultations. Initial consultation appointments run for approximately 30 minutes and follow-up consultations approximately 15 minutes respectively.
Each new patient will receive an email with the details of their allocated pharmacy and ordering process at the end of the business day following their initial consultation. Trava Health has developed streamlined processes with dedicated pharmacies who can dispatch medication within 24 hours. Please bear in mind that due to the COVID19 pandemic, postage delays may apply.
