Patient Access Guide

Welcome to Trava Health Clinic, and congratulations on your application to flower-derived therapies! We’re here to help guide our patients and ensure that the time you spend accessing your treatment is quick, easy, and convenient. Please familiarise yourself with this guide, as it includes ALL the information you need to organise the delivery (or pickup) of your medication and what to expect for follow-up consultations and other script access.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is a thorough overview by your Trava Health Practitioner, which typically lasts between 30-45 minutes. During this time, the doctor will assess your condition and recommend a treatment strategy using flower-derived therapies. Don’t forget this is also your opportunity to ask your treating physician any questions you may have regarding your treatment. Please prepare relevant medication list, summaries, questions related your treatment.

REVIEW/FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

Review or follow-up consultations are there to ensure that your Practitioner can analyse the success of the current treatment and provide you with any additional treatment options, change of dosages or medications and guidance and revise your scripts. Review consultations run for approximately 15-30 minutes. When deemed appropriate by your treating Practitioner. You will receive an SMS reminder seven days before your next scheduled appointment that you need to confirm by returning SMS and make a payment.

Attention: Compulsory Reviewers are scheduled in 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the initial consultation and, after that, every three months. If you require an early consultation or any additional information, or guidance in regards to your treatment, please call the clinic to organise an earlier review at any time.
Note: Patients on oil therapies typically require additional review consultations regarding their therapy and treatment.

SCRIPT-ACCESS

Script-Access-only appointments are available to patients who are on a stable treatment after approval from their treating Practitioner. Should a patient require guidance from their doctor or wish to discuss ANY changes to therapy and medication, they will need to book in for a review consultation.
